Pup of the Week #15: Foster

Margaret Moriarty

We are so excited to share Foster with you as our latest pup of the week! You know we love rescue puppers, so we are excited to feature Foster, a handsome 2-year-old Lab/Chow Chow mix living in the Triangle area of North Carolina, right where we are! We're obsessed with this cutie pie's gorgeous eyes and thick fluffy coat, and are so happy to have him as a pup of the week!

Black Lab Mix

We loooove a good name reference, and we love how Foster's parents chose his name. He's named after the American writer David Foster Wallace, who is best known for Infinite Jest. Any other book lovers over here!?

What Foster's pawrents say make him special is how much love he always has to give. He has a big heart and loves like no other dog they've ever known. He's actually so excited to meet new people and find new furriends to love on, that sometimes he pees out of excitement! That is just so hilarious and sweet. We love this furry fluff ball of affection!

Lab Chow Mix

Some of Foster's favorite activities include napping (same!!) and taking toys away from his brother (our Rosie says SAME for her too!). He also loves a good, healthy pupcake snack and his favorite flavor is our Original Pupcake Mix. Who doesn't love a good classic peanut butter cake?

Brother dogs

One of Foster's pawrents' favorite thing about him is knowing that the rescued him from a terrible situation and are able to give him a life full of love like he deserves. They love every minute they get to spend with him and working to help him be the best pupper he possibly can. *BRB crying*

PS Did you know that 15% of our sales go to a different rescue group each month? This month (November 2019) we've selected Paws4Ever, based in North Carolina! Shop for a cause with us this holiday season.

Foster has decided to gift a free pupcake mix to his brother, Wallace. Congrats, Wallace! We hope you enjoy your free pupcake mix!
